Abstract

This paper presents the design and fabri feeding with frequency at 5.9772GHz. The Rectangular patch antenna is designed and fabricated on a FR board with a substrate thickness of 1.6 mm and dielectric constant ε The main aim of this paper is to obtained a better Return loss, Bandwidth, Bandwidth percentage, Gain, Directivity and radiation pattern with reduced size. The proposed patch antenna was designed and all the parameter are simulated using Computer Simulation Technology (CST) microwave studio 2014. I rectangular microstrip patch antenna is being designed for radio and satellite applications and thus resonates in C-band.
