Author Guidelines

International Journal of Engineering Sciences & Management Research (ISSN 2349-6193)

1. Scope of the Journal
The International Journal of Engineering Sciences & Management Research publishes original research articles, review papers, and technical reports in engineering, technology, applied sciences, and management. Submissions must present significant, novel, and relevant contributions.

2. Manuscript Submission

  • Manuscripts must be submitted electronically in MS Word (.doc/.docx) format.

  • Only original, unpublished work will be considered. Authors must ensure that the manuscript is not under review elsewhere.

3. Manuscript Structure
A standard manuscript should include the following elements:

  • Title Page: Title, author names, affiliations, email addresses, and corresponding author details.

  • Abstract: 150–250 words summarizing the research aim, methods, results, and conclusions.

  • Keywords: 4–6 relevant keywords.

  • Introduction: Background, motivation, and objectives of the study.

  • Methodology: Clear description of methods, models, experiments, or frameworks used.

  • Results and Discussion: Presentation and interpretation of findings, supported by tables and figures.

  • Conclusion: Summary of contributions and potential future work.

  • References: Listed in APA or IEEE format, consistently applied.

4. Formatting Guidelines

  • Manuscript length: 4,000–8,000 words.

  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, single-column format.

  • Line spacing: 1.5 throughout.

  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides.

  • Figures and tables must be numbered sequentially with descriptive captions.

  • Mathematical equations should be properly formatted and numbered.

5. Plagiarism Policy

  • Submissions must have a similarity index below 15%.

  • Detected plagiarism will result in immediate rejection.

6. Ethical Requirements

  • Authors must disclose funding sources and potential conflicts of interest.

  • Studies involving human or animal subjects must include appropriate ethical approval.

7. References

  • Citations should be accurate, complete, and consistent.

  • Use APA 7th edition or IEEE style, depending on the nature of the manuscript.

8. Review Process

  • All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process.

  • Review outcomes include acceptance, minor revision, major revision, or rejection.

  • Revised manuscripts must be resubmitted within the specified deadline with a point-by-point response to reviewers.

9. Publication Fees

  • Details of processing and publication charges will be communicated upon acceptance.

10. Copyright and Licensing

  • Authors retain copyright but grant the journal the right to publish and distribute the work.

  • Accepted papers may be published under an open-access license.
