Refund Policy

1. Payment Applicable Only After Acceptance
All publication fees are charged only after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication. No payments are required during submission or review.

2. Non-Refundable Publication Fee
Once the publication fee has been paid after acceptance, it is strictly non-refundable, as editorial, administrative, and production processes begin immediately upon payment.

3. Withdrawal After Acceptance
If authors request withdrawal after acceptance and after making the payment, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Duplicate Payments
In the event of accidental duplicate payments, authors may request a refund. Verified duplicate transactions will be refunded within 7–10 working days.

5. Payment Failures
If a payment is deducted but not recorded due to a technical issue, authors must provide transaction details. After verification, the amount will be refunded or adjusted toward the publication fee.

6. Refund Method
Any approved refund (e.g., duplicate payment or failed transaction verification) will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

7. Editorial Discretion
IJESMR reserves the right to make final decisions on all refund-related matters based on internal verification and policy guidelines
